Privacy Policy & Terms

How VNicePlayer version 1.0.0 handles local media, device permissions, online services, advertising, and your choices.

Effective September 15, 2026 App version 1.0.0 Android package: com.smartPlay.VNicePlayerA

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to VNicePlayer version 1.0.0, published by the VNicePlayer Team, including Android package com.smartPlay.VNicePlayerA. It explains what information the app and its service providers access, collect, use, and share.

VNicePlayer is a media player. Files you select from your local library are used to provide playback, thumbnails, history, favorites, and export features. VNicePlayer does not intentionally upload your local media files to its own servers.

Data we handle

Information stored on your device

  • Video library details, folders, favorites, search and watch history, playback progress, and player settings.
  • Cached or exported video data and thumbnails when you choose features that require them.
  • App settings and security tokens used to keep the app and its anonymous service session working.

Information processed by online services

  • A randomly generated or device-derived identifier, an anonymous user ID and session token, app package and version, platform, language, IP address, and basic request metadata used to operate and secure online features.
  • URLs, access details, or search terms you submit when using network playback, link lookup, search, or recommendation features. Content at third-party URLs is delivered by those third parties under their own policies.
  • Diagnostics, performance information, and app or ad interactions used to maintain reliability, prevent abuse, measure advertising, and understand feature usage.
  • Advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and ad interactions that advertising providers may process to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.

Permissions

The app may request access to photos, videos, or media storage so you can select, play, save, and export media. On Android, camera or microphone access may be requested only when a web page you open inside the app needs that capability and you choose to allow it. Network access supports online playback, search, app services, and advertising. You can deny or change permissions in device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.

How data is used and shared

We use data to provide playback and anonymous service sessions, remember settings, deliver and measure ads, enforce free usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve app performance.

Data may be processed by our online infrastructure providers and by advertising services integrated into the app: Google Mobile Ads, Pangle, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff Monetize, and Unity Ads. Their processing depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the ads served. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.

We do not upload local media files to advertising providers. Online providers may process data in countries other than yours and retain it under their own policies. Our service retains server-side identifiers, session records, request records, and related security data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. On-device data remains until you remove it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Your choices

  • Remove local history, downloads, cached data, or other app data using app and device controls.
  • Disable optional permissions in system settings; related features may stop working.
  • Use device or Google account controls to limit ad personalization where available.
  • Request access to or deletion of server-side information associated with your anonymous app session by emailing zgming720@gmail.com. Include the app name and any identifier shown in the app that is needed to locate the record. We may ask for information needed to verify and complete the request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Children

VNicePlayer is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Contact and policy updates

For privacy questions or data requests, contact the VNicePlayer Team at zgming720@gmail.com.

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
